514PASS

Age & Eligibility Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Age & Eligibility Policy explains who may use 514PASS, our minimum age requirement, and how member and creator eligibility works on the platform. It supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service.

For creators, this Policy should be read together with our Creator Terms.

For detailed rules about what content and conduct are allowed, see our Acceptable Content Policy. This Policy does not repeat those rules — it focuses on who may use 514PASS.

2. Adults Only — Minimum Age

514PASS is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use 514PASS. This applies to members and to creators.

A person under 18 must not create an account, use a member account, apply to become a creator, access creator features, purchase or access a PASS, unlock Private Media, send LIVE tips, watch or chat in a LIVE, comment on posts, use 514PASS messaging, or otherwise use any authenticated 514PASS service.

This minimum does not change based on the local age of consent where you or anyone else lives, parental or guardian permission, relationship status, emancipation, or a person's apparent age. The 514PASS platform minimum is 18, always — we do not overcomplicate this with jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction rules.

3. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to everyone who uses 514PASS — visitors, members, and creators. Where a rule applies only to one of these groups, we say so.

4. Member Eligibility

To create or use a 514PASS member account, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to our Terms of Service.

By creating or using an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Member Age Verification

We want to be accurate about this. 514PASS currently requires users to be at least 18 as a condition of using the platform. Ordinary member accounts are not currently subject to the same government-ID verification process used for creator applicants.

Signing up for a member account currently requires only an email address and a password. It does not currently collect a date of birth, and it does not currently require a government-issued ID. 514PASS does not currently operate an automated age-verification system for member accounts. We rely on the representation described in Section 4, on creator identity verification (Section 7), and on reports from users, to help enforce the minimum-age requirement.

6. Creator Eligibility

To become and remain a creator on 514PASS, you must be at least 18 years old, meet the member eligibility requirements in Section 4, and be approved through 514PASS's creator application process.

Meeting the minimum age does not, by itself, guarantee creator approval — see Section 16.

7. Creator Identity Verification

As part of applying to become a creator, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and submit a government-issued photo ID for identity verification. Currently accepted document types are: driver's licence, health insurance / health card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

Creator applications are reviewed by authorized 514PASS staff, who approve or reject each application. Approval is a manual decision — it is not automatic and it is not guaranteed.

Creator identity verification is intended to verify the creator applicant. It does not automatically mean that any other person who may appear in that creator's content has been independently verified by 514PASS.

8. People Appearing in Creator Content

Every person appearing in Creator Content must be an adult. Creators are responsible for ensuring that every person they depict is 18 years of age or older, that the required consent exists, and that they have the rights and authorization necessary to publish that content.

514PASS's creator verification process applies to the creator applicant. It does not automatically mean that every other person appearing in that creator's content has been independently verified by 514PASS. As described in our Creator Terms, creators remain responsible for confirming that every person in their content is an adult.

For detailed rules about consent and people appearing in content, see our Acceptable Content Policy.

9. No Parental or Guardian Exception

A parent or guardian cannot authorize a person under 18 to create or use a 514PASS account, apply to become a creator, or otherwise access 514PASS. 514PASS is an adults-only platform, without exception for parental or guardian permission.

10. Age Misrepresentation and Fraud

You must not:

  • lie about being 18 years of age or older
  • use another person's identity or identification documents
  • submit fraudulent, altered, or falsified identification
  • help a person under 18 create or use a 514PASS account
  • knowingly allow a person under 18 to use your account
  • help a person under 18 obtain creator access

11. Account Sharing

You are responsible for your 514PASS account and must not knowingly allow a person under 18 to access 514PASS through it.

12. PASS Access and Paid Features

To purchase or access a PASS, unlock Private Media, or send a LIVE tip, you must satisfy 514PASS's 18+ eligibility rule described in this Policy. We do not currently operate a separate age check at checkout beyond that eligibility requirement, and completing a payment — by Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin — does not itself verify a person's age.

13. Messaging, Comments and LIVE

The 18+ eligibility requirement in this Policy applies to anyone using 514PASS's messaging feature, commenting on posts, or watching or taking part in a LIVE (watching a LIVE requires signing in). Messages, comments, and LIVE participants are not separately age-verified, and 514PASS does not claim to routinely monitor messages.

Detailed rules about acceptable message content remain in our Acceptable Content Policy.

14. Public Pages and Platform Access

There is a difference between visiting a publicly reachable 514PASS webpage and creating or using a 514PASS account. Some pages, such as certain creator profile pages and the Discover page, are technically reachable without signing in.

The 18+ requirement in this Policy governs the use of 514PASS accounts and authenticated features — including messaging, PASS purchases, and creator features — rather than a technical claim that every public webpage is inaccessible without age verification.

15. Other Eligibility Requirements

Beyond the minimum age, eligibility to use 514PASS may also require:

  • compliance with our Terms of Service
  • accurate account information
  • creator approval, for access to creator features
  • compliance with applicable law
  • your account being in an eligible or active status, where relevant

16. Creator Approval

Meeting the minimum age does not guarantee creator approval. Creator applications remain subject to the creator application and verification process described in our Creator Terms, and 514PASS may approve or reject an application at its discretion.

17. When We Become Aware of an Age Concern

If 514PASS becomes aware that a user may not meet the minimum-age requirement, we may review the information available to us and take appropriate action to the extent supported by our systems and required by applicable law.

This can include, where supported by our current systems:

  • restricting access
  • restricting creator features
  • suspending or terminating an account, where available
  • requesting additional information, where appropriate
  • taking any action required by applicable law

We do not promise immediate automated detection, automatic deletion, automatic suspension, automatic reporting, or a guaranteed response time.

18. Requests for Eligibility Information

Where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or eligibility purposes, 514PASS may request information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility. This is a right we reserve — it does not describe an existing, automated, or dedicated member-verification workflow available today.

Creator identity documents continue to be submitted only through the existing creator-verification flow described in Section 7 and in our Creator Terms. Please do not send government identification documents by email.

19. Reporting an Underage Account or Concern

If you believe an account is being used by someone under 18, contact [email protected] and provide the username and relevant details. If you are in a conversation with that account, you can also report it from the conversation menu. Do not send another person's government identification documents.

20. Privacy and Verification Information

Creator verification information, including identity documents, is handled according to our Privacy Policy. This Policy does not restate how that information is stored, secured, or accessed.

21. Relationship to Other 514PASS Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • our Terms of Service
  • our Creator Terms (for creators)
  • our Acceptable Content Policy
  • our Privacy Policy
  • our Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: this Age & Eligibility Policy covers who may use 514PASS. Our Acceptable Content Policy covers what content and conduct are allowed. Our Creator Terms cover additional creator obligations. Our Terms of Service cover general platform rules. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle personal information, including verification data.

Where this Policy and another 514PASS policy address the same topic, we intend for them to be read consistently, not in conflict. If you believe a genuine conflict exists, contact us at [email protected].

22. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as 514PASS evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention within the platform. Continuing to use 514PASS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.

23. Contact

Questions about this Age & Eligibility Policy, or reports of a suspected underage account, can be sent to 514PASS at [email protected].
