Acceptable Content Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

This Acceptable Content Policy explains what content and conduct are and are not allowed on 514PASS. It supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service and, for creators, our Creator Terms. Where this Policy addresses a content-specific topic, it governs that topic; the Terms of Service and Creator Terms continue to govern everything else.

By using 514PASS, you agree to follow this Policy in addition to our other policies. Nothing in this Policy limits our rights under the Terms of Service, and nothing in the Terms of Service limits this Policy.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to everyone who uses 514PASS — both members and creators. Where a rule applies only to creators (for example, rules about Creator Content), we say so. Creators have additional obligations set out in our Creator Terms, which this Policy does not replace.

3. Content This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to content and conduct on 514PASS, including, where applicable:

  • creator profiles, including display name, username, city, bio, avatar (profile photo), and cover image
  • member profile information, including username and profile photo
  • posts, photos, videos, and other media uploaded as a creator, whether free or PASS-only
  • comments on posts
  • direct messages sent between users, including photos, videos, and Private Media where these features are enabled
  • LIVE streams (video and audio), LIVE chat messages, and the names shown with LIVE tips
  • reports or other information submitted through 514PASS's platform features

Some message features (for example, videos) may be enabled progressively. This Policy applies to whatever content you actually send through 514PASS, whether or not every content type described above is available to you today.

4. Adults-Only Platform — No Minors, No Exceptions

514PASS is an adults-only platform. You must not upload, publish, transmit, request, solicit, distribute, promote, or otherwise use 514PASS for content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or otherwise involves a person under 18 in a sexual or exploitative context. This also includes content that sexualizes a person who is presented or represented as a minor, even where the actual age of that person is unclear or disputed.

Creators must ensure that every person depicted in Creator Content is an adult. There is no exception to this rule based on a person's apparent age, parental or guardian permission, the local age of consent where you or a depicted person live, or a fictional claim about someone's age. For participation in Creator Content, the platform rule is 18 years old or older, always.

514PASS does not independently verify the age of every person who appears in content that creators upload. As described in our Creator Terms, creator identity verification applies to the creator applicant, not automatically to any other person who may appear in that creator's content — creators remain responsible for confirming that every person in their content is an adult.

Content involving or sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited. Where 514PASS becomes aware of content or conduct that violates this section, we may take appropriate action to the extent supported by our systems, including restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts where available, and taking any action required by applicable law.

5. Consent and Non-Consensual Content

You must not upload, publish, or send content involving a real, identifiable person unless you have the rights, permission, and consent necessary to publish it. This includes, without limitation, prohibiting:

  • non-consensual intimate imagery
  • intimate or sexual content that was secretly recorded
  • sexual content distributed without the depicted person's permission
  • threats to publish intimate or sexual content of another person
  • coercive sexual content, or content obtained through coercion
  • content depicting sexual activity where a participant did not consent
  • content exploiting a person who was incapacitated, unconscious, or otherwise unable to consent

As described in our Creator Terms, creators remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consent and authorization of every person appearing in their Creator Content. 514PASS does not currently operate a system for collecting or storing co-performer consent documentation, and this Policy does not claim otherwise — the responsibility to obtain and be able to demonstrate consent rests with the creator.

6. Lawful Adult Content Is Permitted

514PASS is an adult creator platform. Nothing in this Policy is intended to prohibit lawful, consensual, adult sexual or nude content published by a verified creator. Content involving consenting adults may be published on 514PASS subject to applicable law, this Policy, our other policies, and the creator's own rights and permissions to publish it.

This Policy does not attempt to list every lawful sexual act. Instead, the sections below focus on the categories of content and conduct that are prohibited, regardless of how they are framed.

7. Sexual Violence and Exploitation

You must not use 514PASS to depict or promote actual:

  • sexual assault or rape
  • sexual coercion
  • sexual exploitation
  • trafficking
  • forced sexual activity

This section targets content depicting or promoting real non-consensual or exploitative sexual activity — it is not intended to prohibit fictional or fantasy roleplay between consenting adults simply because it depicts a fictional scenario. Fictional or fantasy content must still comply with the rest of this Policy: it must never involve actual non-consent, actual exploitation, a minor, or otherwise illegal activity. 514PASS does not currently operate a content-labeling or content-warning system, and this Policy does not claim one exists.

8. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

You must not use 514PASS to:

  • traffic another person
  • recruit anyone for sexual exploitation
  • facilitate forced sexual services
  • advertise or arrange the exploitation of another person
  • control another person through threats or coercion
  • profit from trafficking or forced exploitation

514PASS does not operate automated trafficking-detection tooling. We rely on this Policy, our Terms of Service, and reports from users to identify and act on this conduct where it is brought to our attention.

9. Illegal Content and Illegal Activity

You must not use 514PASS for content or conduct that:

  • violates applicable law
  • facilitates serious illegal activity
  • offers illegal goods or services
  • instructs or coordinates criminal exploitation of another person
  • facilitates fraud or theft

This section is intentionally general rather than an exhaustive list of every prohibited activity under criminal law — other sections of this Policy address specific categories (sexual exploitation, trafficking, scams, malware) in more detail.

10. Violence

You must not use 514PASS for:

  • credible threats of violence against a real person
  • content that celebrates or encourages real-world serious violence
  • graphic content depicting real severe injury or death, where used for abuse, intimidation, exploitation, or another purpose prohibited by this Policy

This section is not intended to prohibit ordinary artistic content, fictional content, or consensual adult roleplay, provided it does not otherwise violate this Policy or applicable law.

11. Harassment, Threats and Stalking

You must not use 514PASS — including profiles, posts, or messages — for:

  • targeted harassment
  • credible threats directed at another person
  • stalking
  • coercion
  • extortion or blackmail
  • repeated unwanted or abusive contact

We do not proactively read all private messages. Messages are generally accessible to the participants in a conversation and may be reviewed by 514PASS where necessary in connection with a report or a platform-safety issue, to the extent supported by our current systems, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy and Unauthorized Disclosure of Personal Information

You must not publish another person's sensitive or private information without their authorization where doing so creates a privacy, safety, fraud, or harassment risk, or a similar risk to that person. This can include, for example: a home address, a private phone number, banking information, passwords or login credentials, government identification numbers or documents, or other highly sensitive personal information belonging to someone else.

This section does not prohibit a creator from voluntarily publishing their own ordinary contact or business information that they are legally entitled to share (for example, a business email address in a bio) — it targets the unauthorized disclosure of another person's private or sensitive information.

13. Impersonation and Deceptive Identity

You must not:

  • impersonate another real person
  • pretend to be a creator you are not
  • provide a fraudulent identity during creator verification
  • provide misleading information during identity verification
  • use deceptive profile information intended to defraud other users
  • falsely claim you are authorized to publish another person's content

This section does not prohibit parody or clearly fictional expression, unless it is used deceptively or otherwise violates this Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

You may only upload content you own or are otherwise authorized to publish. You must not upload stolen creator content, repost another person's content without authorization, infringe someone else's copyright, use another person's private content without authorization, or remove another creator's watermark or attribution and present their content as your own.

For information about copyright complaints and content removal requests, see our Copyright & Content Removal Policy. Intellectual property complaints can also be sent to [email protected].

15. Scams, Fraud and Payment Abuse

You must not use 514PASS content, profiles, or messages for:

  • scams
  • fraudulent payment requests
  • phishing
  • credential theft
  • impersonation for financial gain
  • manipulating PASS purchases
  • manipulating creator earnings
  • payout fraud
  • fraudulent refund requests
  • other deceptive financial schemes

This section does not prohibit ordinary, lawful creator promotion of their own account or content.

16. Malware and Platform Security

You must not use 514PASS to:

  • distribute malicious links or malware
  • operate credential-stealing pages
  • attempt to compromise another user's account
  • attempt to bypass authentication
  • attempt to bypass or circumvent PASS access controls
  • exploit a vulnerability in 514PASS's systems
  • engage in automated abuse of the platform

For safety and security reasons, this Policy does not describe the technical details of how 514PASS's systems are secured.

17. Spam and Platform Manipulation

You must not:

  • send repetitive, unsolicited spam
  • generate fake engagement
  • engage in automated account abuse
  • manipulate follows, likes, or other engagement signals
  • send misleading mass messages
  • coordinate abuse of 514PASS's reporting features

This section does not prohibit normal creator marketing or other legitimate promotion of your own account.

18. Drugs, Weapons and Other Regulated Activity

514PASS is not a marketplace for physical goods. You must not use 514PASS content or messages to facilitate a transaction or other activity involving drugs, weapons, or any other goods or services prohibited by applicable law.

19. Profiles, Usernames and Bios

Your profile is content, too. Your username, display name, bio, avatar, and cover image (where these fields exist for your account) must not contain deceptive impersonation, illegal content, harassment or threats, another person's unauthorized private information, prohibited sexual content, or fraudulent claims.

20. Direct Messages

This Policy applies to direct messages, in addition to your other public content. You must not use messages for harassment, threats, coercion, scams, phishing, prohibited sexual exploitation, content involving minors, unauthorized intimate content, or any other conduct prohibited by this Policy.

514PASS does not routinely monitor or read all private messages. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, messages are generally accessible only to the participants in a conversation and may be reviewed by 514PASS where necessary in connection with a report or a platform-safety issue, to the extent supported by our current systems.

21. Reporting

If another user's messages or conduct toward you violate this Policy, you can block them and report them from the conversation menu in Messages (available report reasons include spam, harassment or abuse, inappropriate content, impersonation, and other). For posts, comments, LIVE streams, Private Media, or anything else, you can contact us at [email protected] with the details. Please include as much information as you can — for example, the username, post, or conversation involved, and why you believe it violates this Policy.

We may review reports and take action where appropriate. We do not promise a specific response time, immediate removal, or a guaranteed outcome for any report.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services directly — 514PASS support is not a substitute for emergency services.

22. No Proactive Review of All Content

514PASS does not necessarily review all user content before it is published. The fact that content appears on 514PASS does not mean that 514PASS approved it, endorses it, or has verified every person appearing in it. Users remain responsible for the content and conduct described in this Policy.

23. Moderation and Enforcement

Where supported by our current systems and appropriate given the circumstances, we may take action in response to a violation of this Policy, which can include restricting content, restricting creator features, suspending creator access, suspending an account, or terminating an account, consistent with our Terms of Service and Creator Terms.

Account suspensions may be temporary (access returns automatically when the period chosen by 514PASS ends) or permanent (ban). Creators and 514PASS staff can also remove LIVE chat messages and comments. We reserve a general right to restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary and technically and legally possible. We do not promise that every violation of this Policy will be detected, and we do not currently operate a strike system, a warning-count system, automatic bans, a fixed suspension duration, or a formal appeals process.

24. Consequences for Members and Creators

A violation of this Policy may result in the actions described in Section 23 above, to the extent supported by our current systems, including restriction or removal of content where possible, loss of creator features, suspension, or termination.

This Policy does not create an automatic forfeiture of creator earnings, an automatic confiscation, an automatic refund, an automatic chargeback, or a negative balance as a consequence of a violation, except to the extent already described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or Creator Terms.

25. Payments and Earnings

This Policy does not restate 514PASS's payment, payout, or refund systems. See our Terms of Service, Creator Terms, and Refund & Cancellation Policy for how PASS payments, creator earnings, and payouts work.

Where conduct prohibited by this Policy involves a payment or payout, we handle it under the general enforcement terms described in Section 23, and under our other policies where applicable.

26. Relationship to Our Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • our Terms of Service
  • our Privacy Policy
  • our Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • our Creator Terms (for creators)

Where this Policy and another 514PASS policy address the same topic, we intend for them to be read consistently, not in conflict. If you believe a genuine conflict exists, contact us at [email protected].

27. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as 514PASS evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention within the platform. Continuing to use 514PASS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.

28. Contact
