514PASS
Creator Terms
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Introduction and Relationship to the Terms of Service
These Creator Terms are additional terms that apply to users who apply to become a creator, are approved as a creator, publish content, go LIVE, send Private Media, receive revenue (from PASSes, Private Media, or LIVE tips), or request a payout on 514PASS. They supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service.
These Creator Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where these Creator Terms address a creator-specific topic, they govern that topic; the Terms of Service continue to govern everything else, including your use of 514PASS as a general user.
By applying to become a creator, or by using any creator feature, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Creator Eligibility
To become and remain a creator on 514PASS, you must be at least 18 years old, meet the general eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service, and be approved through 514PASS's creator application process. Approval is not automatic and is not guaranteed.
You must provide accurate information in your creator application and complete identity verification as described in Section 4.
Being approved as a creator does not make you an employee, worker, partner, agent, or franchisee of 514PASS, and does not create a joint venture. Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship between a creator and 514PASS solely by use of the platform. Creators are independent users of 514PASS.
3. Creator Application
To apply, you provide creator profile information (display name, username, city, and bio), choose a PASS price (Section 12), confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and submit a government-issued photo ID for identity verification (Section 4).
We review creator applications and may approve or reject them at our discretion. We may request additional information before approving an application. If your application is rejected, you may resubmit it.
4. Identity Verification
Creator verification currently requires submitting a government-issued photo ID — a driver's licence, health card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID — for review. Your document is stored in a private, access-controlled location and reviewed by authorized 514PASS staff; it is never shown on your public profile.
The identity information and documents you submit must be accurate and must belong to you. Submitting false or fraudulent identification is prohibited.
Creator approval may be rejected, or later revoked, if your verification information is found to be invalid, inaccurate, or not your own.
See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how identity verification information is stored and handled.
5. Accuracy of Creator Information
You are responsible for keeping the information in your creator application and creator profile accurate and up to date, including your display name, username, city, bio, and PASS price.
Providing false or misleading creator information, including in your public profile, is prohibited and can result in the enforcement action described in Sections 22 and 23.
6. Public Creator Profile
As a creator, certain information is public and visible to any visitor of 514PASS, including on the Discover page and your creator profile page: display name, username, bio, city, avatar, cover image, verified status, and PASS price.
You are responsible for the accuracy of this public information and for choosing what to include in your bio, avatar, and cover image, subject to Section 21 (Prohibited Creator Conduct).
7. Creator Content
"Creator Content" means the posts, photos, video, Private Media, LIVE streams, and other media you publish or send as a creator, in addition to the profile information described in Section 6. All rules in these Creator Terms and in our Acceptable Content Policy apply equally to posts, Private Media, messages, and LIVE streams.
You retain ownership of the Creator Content you own. 514PASS does not take ownership of your Creator Content by your publishing it on the platform. As described in our Terms of Service, you grant 514PASS a limited license to host, store, display, reproduce, and deliver your Creator Content as reasonably necessary to operate 514PASS and provide it to eligible members.
8. People Appearing in Content
You are responsible for ensuring that every person depicted in your Creator Content is an adult, that every person depicted has consented to appear in that content, and that you have the rights and authorization necessary to publish it.
514PASS does not independently verify the age, identity, or consent of every person appearing in creator-uploaded content. Our identity verification process (Section 4) applies to the creator applicant, not to anyone else who may appear in that creator's content.
You must never upload content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content you do not have the right to publish. For more detailed content and conduct rules, see our Acceptable Content Policy.
9. Adult-Only Requirement
514PASS is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to be a creator, and, as set out in Section 8, every person appearing in your Creator Content must also be an adult.
10. Rights and Permissions You Grant
By publishing Creator Content on 514PASS, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to publish it, and you grant 514PASS the permissions described in Section 7 and in our Terms of Service to host, store, display, reproduce, and deliver that content through the platform.
11. Free and PASS-Only Content
As a creator, you choose whether each post is free (visible to any visitor or follower) or PASS-only (intended to be visible only to members holding an active PASS for your account, according to 514PASS's current access-control system). You are responsible for correctly selecting the access level for each post you publish.
You may also send Private Media in a conversation: a locked photo (and, where this feature is enabled, a locked video) at a price you set within the limits shown in the app. The recipient can view it only after paying and after 514PASS confirms the payment. Bitcoin may only be available above a minimum price shown in the app.
514PASS does not promise absolute prevention of screenshots, screen recordings, or other unauthorized copying of your content by members who have lawfully accessed it.
12. PASS Pricing
Creators choose their PASS price from the price options currently made available by 514PASS. These options may change over time; where they do, your existing PASS price is unaffected until you choose to change it in Creator Studio.
13. Creator Earnings
Your creator earnings come only from payments for your PASS, your Private Media, and tips sent during your LIVEs that are successfully confirmed under 514PASS's current manual payment system (Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin), as described in our Terms of Service. Confirmed earnings are added to your available balance when the payment is confirmed. A payment that is pending, cancelled, or rejected does not create earnings.
514PASS does not guarantee any level of sales, earnings, minimum earnings, minimum followers, minimum conversion, or payout volume. See also Section 25.
14. Platform Commission
When a member's payment for your PASS, your Private Media, or a tip sent during your LIVE is confirmed, 514PASS retains a platform commission of 20% of the confirmed amount, and credits the remaining 80% to your creator earnings. This base split is separate from, and unaffected by, the additional Express payout fee described in Section 16.
15. Standard Payouts
A Standard payout has no additional payout fee — you receive the full requested amount.
When you start a Standard payout, the requested funds are reserved and a 72-hour waiting period begins, tracked on our servers. Reaching zero on this countdown does not transfer the funds automatically — once eligible, you must click "Request transfer" to move the payout to actionable status, after which our team manually processes the Interac e-Transfer.
16. Express Payouts
Instead of waiting for a Standard payout, you may choose Express, or switch an eligible, still-waiting Standard payout to Express. Switching to Express modifies your existing payout request — it does not create a second claim on the same funds.
Choosing Express results in an additional fee: 514PASS retains an additional 5 percentage points of your original gross revenue (6.25% of the amount paid out), bringing 514PASS's total share of that original transaction to 25%, with you receiving 75%. For example, on $100 of gross revenue: $20 is 514PASS's base platform commission (Section 14), leaving an $80 creator balance; a $5 Express fee is then deducted from that balance, so you receive $75, and 514PASS retains $25 in total.
An Express payout is usually processed within approximately 30 minutes of becoming actionable. This is a typical processing goal, not a guarantee — actual processing time can vary, and Express payouts are not instant.
17. Payout Destination Information
You are responsible for providing an accurate Interac e-Transfer destination email address in Creator Studio. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 514PASS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect destination information you provided.
514PASS will never ask you for your banking passwords or online banking login credentials, and you should never send us this information.
18. Payout Cancellation and Rejection
You may cancel a Standard payout while it remains in its 72-hour waiting state and before you click "Request transfer"; cancelling releases the reserved funds back to your available balance. Once a payout has moved to actionable status — a Standard payout after "Request transfer" is clicked, or any Express payout — you can no longer cancel it.
At actionable status, our admin team may reject the payout if necessary (for example, if the destination information cannot be verified), which releases the reserved funds back to your available balance. Once a payout has been marked paid, it is final from a payout-processing perspective.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more detail on payout cancellation, rejection, and the separate topic of member PASS refunds.
19. Taxes and Financial Responsibility
Creators are responsible for determining and meeting the tax, reporting, registration, remittance, and other financial obligations that may apply to their creator earnings under applicable law. 514PASS does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
20. Messages, LIVE and Member Interactions
Only approved, verified creators with an active account can go LIVE. While you are live, viewers can chat, send hearts, and send tips; tips appear only once 514PASS has confirmed the payment. You can remove messages from your LIVE chat, except messages from 514PASS staff (Admin or Support), which staff may also moderate. 514PASS does not currently record or store the video of your LIVE. Everything you show or say during a LIVE must comply with these Creator Terms and our Acceptable Content Policy.
You are responsible for your own conduct toward members, including in direct messages. You must not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or coerce a member, attempt to obtain a member's banking passwords or login credentials, engage in abusive payment behavior, or encourage a member to bypass platform security.
You must not manipulate or bypass 514PASS's payment system for any transaction represented as a 514PASS PASS purchase, Private Media unlock, or LIVE tip, and you must not ask members to send you payments presented as 514PASS payments outside the 514PASS checkout.
21. Prohibited Creator Conduct
In addition to the prohibited conduct in our Terms of Service, as a creator you must not:
- use creator features if you are under 18, or otherwise do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2
- upload, publish, or send content involving minors, or non-consensual content
- submit fraudulent, false, or someone else's identity documents for verification
- impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or the information in your creator application or public profile
- publish illegal content, or content you do not have the rights or authorization to publish
- infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
- commit payment or payout fraud, or attempt to manipulate your earnings
- attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable PASS access controls
- attack or attempt to compromise the security of 514PASS
- harass or threaten members or other users
- provide deceptive information in your creator profile
22. Reports and Moderation
If 514PASS reasonably believes that you have violated our Terms of Service, these Creator Terms, submitted false verification information, uploaded prohibited content, created a safety or security risk, or abused the payment or payout system, we may restrict your creator features, suspend your creator access, or terminate your account, to the extent supported by our current systems.
Members can block you and report you from the conversation menu, and can contact us by email. We do not currently operate sophisticated automated moderation tooling, and we do not promise a specific response time for reviewing a report or a creator-related complaint.
23. Suspension and Loss of Creator Access
A creator account that is not in active status — for example, a suspended account — loses access to Creator Studio and other creator-only features until the status is resolved. Suspension or termination of your account is otherwise governed by our Terms of Service.
24. Content Removal
You can remove your own posts at any time from Creator Studio. Beyond this, 514PASS reserves a general right to restrict or remove content — including suspending or removing a Private Media item — where reasonably necessary and technically and legally possible, including for safety, security, or legal reasons.
25. No Guaranteed Earnings or Audience
514PASS does not guarantee:
- earnings
- subscribers or followers
- PASS sales
- audience growth
- discovery or search ranking
- profile visibility
- payout frequency
You are responsible for your own content, audience-building, and business decisions as a creator on 514PASS.
26. Intellectual Property
514PASS does not claim ownership of your Creator Content (Section 7). Other than Creator Content and other User Content, the 514PASS platform — including its design, software, and the "514PASS" name and logo — remains owned by or licensed to 514PASS, as described in our Terms of Service.
27. Changes to These Creator Terms
We may update these Creator Terms from time to time as 514PASS evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention within the platform. Continuing to use creator features after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Creator Terms.
28. Contact
Questions about these Creator Terms can be sent to 514PASS at [email protected].
